To Order:

Orders may be placed in the following ways:

  • Online with a credit card using our secure shopping cart at www.aotees.com.
  • Call us with a credit card at 1-800-854-4942, Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm EST.
  • Fax us with a credit card at 1-724-458-4920.
  • Mail the order to us enclosing either credit card information, a money order or a check to: Alumni Originals, 111 N Center St, Grove City, PA 16127.

Please remember, one shipping address per order. Orders may contain multiple names shipping to one address.

 

Product Information:

  • Our Sports Grey T-shirts are Pre-shrunk heavyweight 90% cotton / 10% polyester and are custom printed with navy blue and tan ink.
  • Our Sports Grey Onesies are Pre-shrunk heavyweight 90% cotton / 10% polyester and are custom printed with navy blue and tan ink.
  • Our Sports Grey Sweatshirts are heavyweight 50% cotton /50% polyester blend and are custom printed with navy blue and tan ink.
  • Hats are khaki with a navy bill, 100% brushed cotton twill and embroidered with navy thread. They feature a cloth strap with antique brass buckle closure.
  • Our varsity jacket is 24 oz. wool melton; the inside of the jacket is quilt-lined. The sleeves and trim are white leather. There is a snap front closure. The cuffs, waistband and stand up collar are made of heavyweight mixed rib knit. A chenille letter featuring the first letter of your family name will be sewn on the front. Your family name and the word University will be featured on the back. Adult sizes only.
  • Our Sports Grey and Navy Blue Sweatpants are heavyweight 50% cotton/ 50% polyester blend. *** Printing is not available for this item. ***

Sizing Information:

Adult sizes are unisex sizes;
Kid's sizes are shirt sizes, not age-related sizes.

Adult T-Shirt Sizes:
S(34-36), M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48),
XXL(50-52), 3X(54-56)

Adult Sweatshirt Sizes:
S(38-40),M(42-44), L(46-48), XL(50-52),
XXL(54-56), 3X(60-62)

Adult Varsity Jacket Sizes:
S(34-36), M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48),
XXL(50-52), 3XL(54-56)

Adult Sweatpant Sizes:
S, M, L, XL, XXL

Onesies Sizes:
6 mos, 12 mos, 18 mos, 24 mos

**NOTE** Kid's sizes are shirt sizes, not age-related sizes.
For example, a 14 year old may wear adult sizes, not a kid's 14-16.
Also: Kids sweatshirts and hoodies run smaller than kid's T-shirts.
Refer to sizing guides for additional information before ordering.

Payment Options and Ordering Guidelines:

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for all internet, phone, fax or mail orders.
  • Money orders and checks are accepted for mail orders only. There will be a $30.00 service fee for any money order or check returned to us from the bank for any reason. Click Here for detailed instructions on how to order by Money Order or Check.
  • Checks that you write for payment to our company may be converted into an electronic debit.
  • Sorry, no COD's

Order Status :

  • You may check the status of your order online. To access this site, go to www.aotees.com/status.php. You will need to provide both your 12-digit order confirmation number (including hyphens) and your billing zip code. Once the order has been received into our system, you will see that the order is "In Process". After the production process has been completed, which can require approximately 2 to 3 weeks, the status will change to "Shipped" and the tracking information will be provided.

Shipping:

  • Orders generally ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
  • We ship via UPS or Priority Mail.
  • Shipping time is additional. Whether by UPS or USPS, shipping time will be 2 to 6 business days depending on distance from our facility.
  • You will receive an email confirmation containing the UPS or USPS tracking number when your order leaves our facility as long as an email address is provided.
  • We ship to U.S. addresses only. International orders cannot be processed.
  • Shipping charges are contingent upon one shipping address per order.
  • A signature will be required at the time of delivery for all orders totaling $500.00 or more.

Discounts:

  • Discounts on merchandise are available on orders for 6 items or more.
  • Discounts will be reflected on a per item basis in your shopping cart.
  • Discounts are contingent upon one shipping address per order.

Return Policy:
You may make
exchanges or returns
within 90 days
if you are not
completely satisfied!

Returns and exchanges may be made within 90 days of receiving your order
as long as the items are in re-sellable condition (i.e. clean, not worn or
laundered, the original tags still attached, etc.).
Remember to include payment for price differences and upsizing
(e.g. from kids to adult sizes, from short-sleeve to long-sleeve styles).
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Defective items, Mis-shipments or Shortages
need to be reported within 14 days of receiving
your order by calling 1-800-854-4942.
These items will be replaced at our expense.

We take the privacy of our customers seriously. This privacy policy governs the data-handling for Earth Sun Moon Trading Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Alumni Originals and Ink Pixi, and applies to all web sites: www.earthsunmoon.com, www.aotees.com, www.inkpixi.com.


OUR POLICY
Our web sites do not collect personally-identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. So, if you just want to browse and learn about our unique shirts and hats, we invite you to do so. As a casual, unregistered visitor to our site, we'll recognize your home server (e.g., that your web access is through AOL.com), but not your e-mail address or any other personal or system information.

Of course, since we must ship our shirts and hats to you, if you want to order our products it will be necessary for you to provide personally-identifiable information. This will include your name, address, phone number and credit card information. Any information you provide is downloaded off of the web server to a secure system and is maintained there.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and will, if requested to do so by a parent or guardian, suppress a child's personal data in our database.

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction, and accidental loss. All our employees and data processors who have access to, and are associated with the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data, have undergone background checks, and are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.

When you buy our products, we add your information to our Customer List. If you prefer not to receive mailings from these companies or from us, please advise us by using the mail address, e-mail, or phone number provided above. Please include your name and address, and we will place you on our Do Not Mail list.

E-MAIL INFORMATION
If you purchase from us online, you will be required to supply us with your e-mail address. This is not optional, because we use this to provide you with an order confirmation and then with a shipping confirmation.

You may, however, also choose to receive periodic e-mails from us; we may inform you of new products or web-only promotions. If you do provide us with your e-mail address you can rest assured that we do not provide your e-mail address to anyone else.


ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
Our customers have voluntarily provided all the information that we have on file, while placing their orders. This includes name, address, phone number and e-mail address if provided. All credit card information is encrypted for security purposes.
